| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via phone, fax or by post. If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake. When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. | Delivery Schedule We will normally send your order to you in 5 business days. International orders are generally received in under 10 days. Delivery charges vary according to the weight of goods ordered and the location of your delivery and cannot be refunded. All goods will be despatched for arrival as quickly as possible, within a maximum time of 21 days of your order. You will be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. We will deliver the goods to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, the delivery date will be extended by a reasonable period and we will contact you to arrange an alternative time. You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received. |

| Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction however, Cancellation by us We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if: we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; we do not deliver to your area; one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days of your order. Liability If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 30 days of the date on which you ordered them, we will have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 60 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. | Returns Policy Shipping and Returns At RCS Supplies we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If however anything does not meet your satisfaction, please notify us within 3 days for an exchange or refund. There will be a handling charge applied to cover the initial dispatch of the goods. To make a return: Please email us and let us know you wish to return the goods within 3 days of receipt. You then need to arrange for the goods to be returned via Royal Mail or a Courier with a copy of your original order confirmation and state the reason for the return. Returned items must be in a new and unused condition. The goods must be packaged in their original packing and items must be unused. All returns are checked before a refund is issued. We will not accept returned goods that are not in a re-saleable condition. Exchanges If when your goods arrive you realise you have bought the wrong item, we will gladly exchange the goods, again you arrange for the item to be returned as above. Re-delivery costs wiill be taken into account against the exchanged item. This may mean you have to pay more money to cover the additional shipping costs. Refunds We are happy to give a refund on items returned back to us, new and unused, as long as we are notified within 3 days of receipt. The refund will be minus the handling charge of 10% of the order value plus the cost of shipping, the return of the goods must be arranged by you. After we have inspected the returned item, the refund will be credited to the original payment debit/credit card. A refund should be credited back to your card within 21 days on our receipt of the item, but please allow up to 30 days. Please note, it may take a couple of days for the refund to show up on your statement. If the item you received is faulty, please email us quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the fault and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 3 days from receipt of the faulty item to notify us. If the reason for return is because of an error on our part, we will also refund the full amount. Refunds will be made as soon as possible after returned goods are received and checked. We regret we will not be able to give a refund or exchange any more than 3 days after delivery of the goods or the goods are not in a saleable condition ie.damaged (without noting the damage on original delivery note), without original boxes and packaging.
